At Aura Fusion, we want you to love your purchase! 💫
We offer a 7-day exchange policy (from the date you receive your order).
Exchanges are only accepted if:

• You receive a damaged parcel,

• A wrong product, or

• The product is not working.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges or returns for any other reasons.

✅ Eligible for Return:

Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Opened beauty/cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons).

Clearance or final-sale items.

💳 Refund / Exchange:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process a refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
